Caring for Campers
At the Youth Farm Bible Camp, we strive to hire staff who desire to care for the campers and model Jesus. Our hope is that the YFBC staff will sacrifice, share, seek, and serve - that they will die to self and live for Christ, tell the gospel message with their words and actions, desire to know God more and to know people better, and to put the needs of others ahead of their own.
We want each camper to have the best camp experience possible. We want each camper to feel cared for, safe, respected, and a valued part of our camp community. To ensure this we have put in place policies and procedures to hold us accountable to this level of care. This covers areas such as abuse, harassment, bullying, infection control, first aid, and health and safety. To read the full policy manual click here.
